Welcome to the tropical island province of Palawan – known as the last frontier of the Philippines.  Our pristine environment and relative isolation has allowed unique plants and animals to fluorish here.  Indigenous peoples here know the health value of plants like malungay and kalamansi, and others which we use to flavor and fortify our specialty food products.  Palawan has become one of the greenist societies of Asia, and you will find many small organic farmers here

Our association of specialty food producers combines knowledge from various sources to capture the nutrition of such rare edibles, and packages them for the international market.  Our association supports members with a network of contacts and expertise in order to promote the island economy and exhibit the beauty of Palawan.

From mango preserves to cashew cookies; from malungay pandesal to okra crisps, we work to bring our endemic flora to the larger food community.
